Terms of Use

Effective 17 October 2026.

These terms govern the use of the Datallog platform. By using it, you agree to them. If you accept on behalf of a company, you state that you have the authority to do so.

What the platform does

Datallog runs the code you publish: it builds your project's image, runs your automations on demand, on a schedule or through an API call, stores what they produce, and gives you a dashboard, history and portals to follow along.

Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for everything that happens inside it, including what the people you invite do. Tell us at contato@datallog.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

An account belongs to a person or a company, not to a group sharing one password — that is what invitations and roles are for.

Your code stays yours

You keep every right over the code, data and content you publish. You grant us only the license needed to host, build, run and display that content in service of making the platform work for you — nothing beyond that, and only while the account exists.

You state that you have the right to use what you publish, and that running it violates no law and no third-party right.

What is not allowed

Mining cryptocurrency, sending spam, attacking or scanning third-party systems, hosting illegal content, trying to escape the isolation between accounts, probing our infrastructure for flaws without our authorization, reselling the platform as if it were yours, or using an account to get around a plan limit.

Found a security flaw? Tell us at contato@datallog.com before anything else. Good-faith research reported that way is not a breach of these terms.

Pricing and billing

The model is pre-paid: you add credit and usage draws it down, measured by run, storage and resources used. The dashboard shows the month's spend and the breakdown per project and per automation.

Running out of credit means an automation that will not start; there is no retroactive charge and no surprise invoice. Subscriptions, where they exist, follow whatever the checkout says, and payment is processed by Stripe.

Availability

We work to keep the platform up, and we schedule maintenance with notice whenever we can. We do not promise an availability figure here: if your case needs a formal commitment, talk to us and we handle it in a separate contract.

Beyond that, the platform is offered as is. We do not guarantee that your code works, that its output is correct, or that third-party services it calls stay up.

Suspension and termination

You can close your account whenever you want, from the dashboard. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that does not pay what it owes, or whose usage threatens the platform or other customers — with notice, except when the risk demands immediate action.

Once an account is closed, the data follows the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Datallog is not liable for lost profits, for data loss caused by your own code, or for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to what you paid in the 12 months before the event.

Nothing here removes liability for willful misconduct or for anything the law does not allow to be waived.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. A material change is announced by email or in the dashboard before it takes effect; continuing to use the platform after that means accepting the new version.

Governing law

Brazilian law applies.
