Privacy Policy
Effective 17 October 2026.
This policy explains what Datallog does with personal data: yours, as a customer of the platform, and the data your automations process on your behalf.
Two different roles
| Who decides | What it is | |
|---|---|---|
| Your account data | Datallog is the controller | name, email, phone, sign-in and billing details |
| Data inside your automations | you are the controller, Datallog is the processor | what your code reads, writes to tables and returns from runs |
For the second group, Datallog acts on your instructions — which are the very code you publish. The terms of that relationship are in Data Processing.
What we collect
You give us: name, email and password at sign-up; a phone number, when you turn on WhatsApp notifications; payment details, which go straight to our processor (Datallog does not store card numbers); your automation code, your project's environment variables, the content of your portal pages.
The platform generates: a record of each run (when it started, how long it took, whether it failed, who started it), the logs and the result your automation produced, the rows it wrote to your tables, and the usage measurements that become your invoice.
We do not collect browsing data for advertising, we do not use third-party ad trackers, and we do not sell any data. The cookies we use are the ones needed to keep your session open and remember your preferences on screen.
Where it lives
On Amazon Web Services, region us-east-1 (United States). Code, tables, logs and results are stored there. By using the platform you agree to that international transfer.
Who we share it with
Only with those needed for the platform to work, and each receives only what is necessary:
| Service | What for |
|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services | hosting, database and storage |
| Stripe | payments and subscriptions |
| Mailgun | transactional email (confirmation, invite, alert) |
| Pusher | real-time notifications in the dashboard |
| Twilio | WhatsApp messages, when you enable them |
| Anthropic and OpenAI | the dashboard's AI agent, when you use it |
We may also disclose data where the law requires it, under a valid order, and in a corporate transaction — telling you beforehand in that case.
Your content is not public. The code, tables and results of your automations are seen only by the people you allow into your account. A portal opened by link still requires signing in and belonging to the account.
For how long
As long as the account exists. Run results and logs follow your plan's retention; the rows in your tables stay until you delete them. If you close the account, we remove the data within 30 days, except what we must keep for legal or tax obligations.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, portability, anonymization or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent. Much of this you can do yourself in the dashboard — edit your profile, delete a project, delete a table, close the account.
For the rest, write to contato@datallog.com. We answer within 15 days and may ask for extra information to confirm the account is yours.
Security
Per-account isolation in the database, a dedicated short-lived credential for each run, portal content served from an isolated origin, encryption in transit and at rest. No measure removes risk: if an incident affects your data, we notify you and the competent authority within the deadlines set by the applicable law.
Minors
The platform is not intended for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If something material changes, we tell you by email or in the dashboard before it takes effect. The date at the top is always the one in force.
